In addition, when an angular contact ball bearing is loaded with a radial load, since the load contains an axial component, several bearings are generally used in combination, such as 2, 3 or 4.

Tapered roller bearings: In design, the raceway surfaces of the inner ring and outer ring and the conical apex of the rollers converge at a point on the central axis of the bearing. The truncated cone-shaped rollers are assembled in the bearing as rolling elements and are guided by the large ribs of the inner ring. Can bear radial load and axial load in one direction. When a load acts on a bearing, an axial component is generated. Therefore, like angular contact ball bearings, two bearings are generally used opposite each other, or they must be used in the form of double-row bearings. In this case, the distance between the inner or outer rings can be adjusted to set the appropriate internal clearance. Because it is detachable, the inner ring and outer ring can be disassembled separately. As high load capacity bearings, there is also the HR series with increased roller size and number of rollers. According to the size of the contact angle, they are divided into ordinary tapered angle bearings, medium tapered angle bearings, and large tapered angle bearings. According to the number of rows of rollers, they can be divided into double-row and four-row tapered roller bearings. Generally, steel plate stamped cages are used, and large-size tapered roller bearings also use pin-type cages.

Since the ferrule is cushion-shaped, thrust ball bearings are divided into two types: flat base cushion type and aligning spherical seat cushion type. In addition, this kind of bearing can bear axial load, but cannot bear radial load. BOWER's thrust ball bearings are available in two types: one-way type and two-way type. One-way thrust ball bearings consist of two rings (shaft ring and bearing seat ring) and a cage equipped with balls. Bidirectional thrust ball bearings consist of three rings and two cages equipped with balls. If it is a two-way type, the shaft ring is clamped by two cages equipped with balls. Features Available in two types: one-way and two-way. In order to allow for installation errors, whether it is one-way or two-way, you can choose the spherical self-aligning spherical seat cushion type or the spherical seat ring type.
